Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Feri mobile application, website and related services.
Feri is operated by Feri Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17400596, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
By creating an account or using Feri, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Feri
Feri is a marketplace that connects customers with participating independent businesses, including restaurants and licensed private hire operators.
Feri provides technology that enables customers to place food orders and request taxi bookings through the platform.
The food, taxi journey or other underlying service is provided by the relevant restaurant, taxi operator or other participating business fulfilling the order or booking.
2. Customer Accounts
You may need a Feri account to access certain services.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and using your account and to take reasonable steps to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from circumstances for which you are not responsible.
You must not create or use an account fraudulently, impersonate another person or use Feri for any unlawful purpose.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to Feri where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively or in a way that could harm Feri, our users or participating businesses.
3. Food Orders
Feri allows customers to place orders with participating restaurants.
Restaurants are independent businesses and are responsible for preparing and providing the food and other products ordered from them, including the quality, description and suitability of those products.
When placing an order, you are responsible for checking the items, quantities, options, price and any information you provide before submitting the order.
Restaurants may accept or reject orders depending on factors such as availability, opening hours or their ability to fulfil the order.
Submitting an order through Feri does not guarantee that the restaurant will accept or fulfil it.
4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
If you have an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, you should contact the restaurant directly before ordering where necessary to confirm that the food is suitable for you.
Item notes or special instructions submitted through Feri should not be relied upon as the sole method of communicating serious allergy or medical dietary information.
Restaurants are responsible for the preparation of their food and for providing legally required food and allergen information.
5. Taxi Bookings
Feri allows customers to request taxi journeys from participating private hire operators.
Taxi journeys are provided by the licensed private hire operator that accepts and fulfils the booking, rather than by Feri Group Ltd itself.
Availability is not guaranteed. A booking request may remain pending or may not be accepted if no participating operator is available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, passenger and other booking information where requested.
The taxi operator fulfilling the booking is responsible for the operation of the private hire service, including the vehicle, driver, licensing and performance of the journey.
6. Taxi Fares
Feri displays a fare for a taxi booking based on information available at the time of the request, including the requested journey, vehicle type and applicable pricing.
The amount payable by the customer is displayed before payment or confirmation of the booking.
If a materially different journey or additional service is subsequently requested directly from the taxi operator, additional charges may apply where agreed between the customer and operator.
7. Prices and Feri Service Fees
Prices applicable to an order or booking will be displayed through Feri before the customer completes the relevant transaction.
Feri may charge a service fee for use of the platform. Where a service fee applies, it will be disclosed as part of the pricing shown to the customer before payment.
Prices and service fees may change over time. Any changes will apply to future transactions and will not retrospectively change a transaction already completed.
Participating businesses may have separate commercial agreements with Feri governing their use of the platform.
8. Payments
Card payments made through Feri are processed using Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Feri Group Ltd does not collect or store customers’ full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or other card credentials. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to use the payment method provided.
A payment may be declined or fail where it cannot be authorised or processed.
Information about how personal information relating to transactions is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a food order or taxi booking, you should contact the restaurant or taxi operator fulfilling the service as soon as possible.
For food orders, cancellation may not be possible once the restaurant has begun preparing the order.
For taxi bookings, cancellation may not be possible without charge once the taxi operator has dispatched a vehicle or otherwise begun fulfilling the booking.
Where a restaurant or taxi operator accepts a cancellation, they may cancel the order or booking through Feri and provide Feri with the reason for cancellation.
Whether a payment is refundable will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and any rights available under applicable law.
10. Refunds and Service Issues
Refunds are assessed by Feri on a case-by-case basis.
When considering a refund or service issue, we may review relevant information provided by the customer and the restaurant or taxi operator, together with the status and circumstances of the order or booking.
Where a restaurant or taxi operator cancels because it is unable to fulfil an order or booking, the customer will ordinarily be eligible for an appropriate refund of the affected payment.
Where a customer requests cancellation after fulfilment has begun, including after a restaurant has started preparing food or a taxi operator has dispatched a vehicle, a full refund may not be available.
Customers should submit refund and support requests relating to a completed order or booking within 72 hours so that Feri can investigate the issue promptly.
Refunds approved by Feri will be returned through the applicable payment process. The time taken for refunded funds to appear may depend on the payment provider and customer’s bank or card issuer.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
11. Customer Support
For support concerning an order, taxi booking, payment or other Feri service, customers can contact:
Where an issue concerns the actual preparation of food or fulfilment of a taxi journey, we may contact or obtain information from the relevant restaurant or taxi operator as part of our investigation.
Customers should provide sufficient information for us to identify and investigate the relevant transaction.
12. Responsibilities of Participating Businesses
Restaurants and taxi operators using Feri operate as independent businesses.
Participating businesses are responsible for complying with laws, regulations, licences, registrations and other requirements applicable to the services they provide.
Restaurants remain responsible for matters relating to their food, including preparation, quality, ingredients, allergens and food-safety obligations.
Private hire operators remain responsible for their private hire operations, including applicable operator, driver and vehicle licensing requirements and the fulfilment of accepted bookings.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use Feri for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- knowingly provide false or misleading information;
- attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to Feri or its systems;
- misuse the platform in a way that harms other customers, participating businesses or Feri;
- use another person’s account without permission; or
- attempt to manipulate payments, refunds, orders or taxi bookings fraudulently.
We may take reasonable action, including restricting or suspending access, where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
14. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Feri available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee that the app, website or any particular service will always be available without interruption or error.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, network availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, maintain or modify Feri as the platform develops.
15. Third-Party Services
Feri relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate certain features of the platform, including payment processing, mapping, hosting and other technical infrastructure.
The availability of some Feri functionality may therefore depend on services operated by third parties.
Where a third party has its own terms or privacy practices that apply directly to its services, those terms or practices may also apply.
16. Intellectual Property
The Feri name, branding, logos, software, platform design and content owned by Feri Group Ltd are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use Feri for its intended personal or business purpose, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Feri-owned content or branding without permission, except where permitted by law.
Content owned by participating businesses or other third parties remains the property of its respective owner.
17. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Feri is responsible for providing and operating the Feri platform with reasonable care and skill.
Participating restaurants and private hire operators are independent businesses and remain responsible for the products and services they provide.
To the extent permitted by law, Feri Group Ltd will not be responsible for losses caused solely by the acts or omissions of an independent participating business, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the relevant Feri service.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
18. Business Use
If you use Feri on behalf of a business, additional partnership, onboarding or commercial terms may apply.
Nothing in these customer Terms replaces a separate agreement entered into between Feri Group Ltd and a participating restaurant, private hire operator or other business.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Feri Group Ltd collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
By using Feri, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
20. Closing or Deleting Your Account
You may permanently delete your Feri account using the Delete Account option available within the Help section of the Feri app.
Deleting an account does not affect transactions already completed or any rights or obligations that arose before deletion.
Certain records may be retained where necessary or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, refund or dispute-resolution purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to Feri, our business practices or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on the Feri website with an updated Last updated date.
Where a change materially affects customers and additional notice is required, we will provide appropriate notice.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right you have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
